What to expect now?

You should receive an email momentarily with your payment confirmation and order details. Please confirm that all information (i.e. Shipping Address and Name) is completely 100% accurate. Once your order is complete, your shipping label is automatically printed with the exact address that you entered. We cannot be liable for items being delivered to the wrong address etc. When your order begins production depends on the Processing/Shipping method you chose during checkout.


Some information varies based on which Processing method you selected. Please select the method you chose in the drop-down menu below for specific information regarding your chosen processing method.


We won't contact you during the production of your order unless we have any questions or need to confirm your selections, etc. We strongly request that you refrain from contacting us regarding order status if your order is still within the estimated lead time given at checkout as we get hundreds of emails daily and simply do not have the time to respond to all emails and complete orders between just the two of us.


Every order, regardless of selected processing method receive the exact same level of professional craftsmanship and effort. Every order is triple-checked for accuracy and quality prior to being packaged. Completed products are packaged safely and professionally to avoid any damage enroute. Packaging varies depending on products ordered however always packaged to ensure the highest level of safety during transport to you.


Once your order arrives please ensure its accuracy and contact us immediately if there is any issues with your order so we can take care of any errors or other concerns as soon as possible! We stand by our work and refuse to send out anything that doesn't meet our unmatched level of quality and craftsmanship so we will try to do our best to ensure the highest level of satisfaction!


  • STANDARD Processing

    Your order will go into production in a few days or weeks depending on current lead times and work load.


    Your Order Status will remain "Awaiting Processing" throughout production until your product is completed and shipped at which point you will receive and email with your order status change to "Shipped" and contain tracking information via USPS Tracking.


    During production we will only contact you if we need to confirm some of your selections or have any questions regarding your order. Otherwise, you order will be produced exactly as ordered. Every order, regardless of Processing method receives the exact same dedication and professional craftsmanship!

  • RUSH Processing

    Your order will likely go into production within the first 3 days of order placement therefor if you need to make any changes, please do so as soon as possible. 


    Your Order Status will initially show "Awaiting Processing" however likely will be changed to "RUSH Processing" to ensure we move it to the top of the queue at which point you may receive and email informing you of the Status change on our end. Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive and email with your order status change to "Shipped" and contain tracking information via USPS Tracking.


    Your order is guaranteed to be completed, label printed, and in the mail by the 21 day period. If we for any reason miss the deadline you will be refunded the entire $79 RUSH Process and Shipping fee.


    Shipping should be 1-3 days however we are not ressponsible for any delays in shipping. If you noticed the product has not arrived within 3 days after it was shipped please check the tracking number on USPS website. If you notice issues on their end please contact them directly as only you can contact them regarding a package to your address and they will not give us any information.

  • SAME-DAY Processing

    If your order was placed before 4pm EST then your product will being production the same day as stated. If after 4pm, likely the next morning. If you need to make any changes then please do so immediately or we likely cannot assist as we likely have already begun and cannot make changes after production started to ensure we complete within the 7 day deadline.


    Your Order Status will initially show "Awaiting Processing" however likely will be changed to "SAME-DAY Processing" to ensure we move it to the absolute tip-top of the queue at which point you may receive and email informing you of the Status change on our end. Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive and email with your order status change to "Shipped" and contain tracking information via USPS Tracking.


    Your order is guaranteed to be completed, label printed, and in the mail by the 7 day period. If we for any reason miss the deadline you will be refunded the entire $199 SAME-DAY Processing and Shipping fee.
